Welcome to Filament Furnace. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to the following terms.
About Us Filament Furnace is an Australian-based custom 3D printing business operating out of Newcastle, NSW. All products are handmade to order by a sole operator.
Orders All orders are accepted subject to availability and our ability to fulfil them. We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund if we are unable to complete it. By placing an order you confirm that all personalisation details you have provided are correct. We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted at checkout.
Pricing All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, however any order already placed will be honoured at the price shown at the time of purchase.
Production & Shipping All products are made to order with a production time of 3-5 business days before dispatch. Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed. Filament Furnace is not liable for delays caused by Australia Post or other carriers once an order has been dispatched.
Personalised Products Custom and personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or contain a manufacturing error. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
Intellectual Property All product designs, images, and content on this website are the property of Filament Furnace. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without written permission.
Limitation of Liability Filament Furnace's liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.
