Refund policy
Because every Filament Furnace product is made to order and personalised specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
We will always make it right if:
- Your item arrives damaged or broken
- There is a manufacturing defect
- Your personalisation details were printed incorrectly due to our error
In any of these cases, contact us within 14 days of delivery at filamentfurnace@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will reprint and reship at no cost to you.
Please note:
- We are not responsible for errors in personalisation details submitted incorrectly by the customer — double check your name, number, and spelling before ordering
- Colour variations due to screen settings are not considered defects
- We do not offer refunds for orders where the correct item was delivered as described
Shipping issues: If your order is lost in transit, contact us and we will investigate with Australia Post and resolve it for you.
